What the aim of the school?

Designing taste education as a link between culture, health, agriculture, environment and industry,l'Ecole du Goût Jacques Chibois /The Grasse Taste Institute wishes to become a major player in the riviera for education and science of taste and flavors.
School activities aim to disseminate taste education, to better understand and master the sensory mechanisms and transformations taste of food ingredients, to preserve biodiversity in our food and the memory of the taste.
